Pick Your Own Frequently Asked Questions

04/08/26 UPDATE: Yes! Our pick-your-own fields will open on Thursday, 04/09/26. We will be open each Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, depending on weather and field conditions.

Our normal weekly hours are: Monday-Wednesday: Closed Thursday - Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm OPENING WEEK (FMSD Spring Break Week), we will have different hours to accommodate our staff who are out on break. Hours are as follows: Thursday (04/09): 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Friday (04/10): 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday (04/11): 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday (4/12): Closed It's always best to check social media before you come! You can head straight to the field to pick your berries. The address is 835 Springfield Parkway Fort Mill, SC 29715. Don't forget to stop at our market when you're finished for some of our homemade ice cream!

Our pick-your-own price is $4.49/pound. A fully picked gallon container would cost around $26.94. Please note our PYO stand is CARD ONLY!

We are ONLY accepting cards at our pick-your-own stand. For the safety and security of our staff, cash is not accepted. A 3% credit card surcharge fee will apply.

Our PYO strawberry season typically starts around late April, depending on the weather. We can usually expect strawberry season to last through the end of May.

No! We provide one time use gallon sized containers for you to pick in. We do not allow any outside containers to be brought in.

The latest we allow customers into the field is 5:30 pm. This allows you 30 minutes to pick and pay. Please note that our fields close at 6:00 pm each evening. Occasionally, our fields close at 4:00. If this is the case, last entry is 3:30 pm.

No, we follow strict guidelines by our states Produce Safety Rule and we cannot allow dogs on our farm site.

Head straight to the field! Use the address 835 Springfield Parkway Fort Mill, SC 29715. Once you turn onto the gravel drive, our PYO field is directly on the right. Please park there in the grassy area.

Nope! Our PYO fields are first come, first serve. As long as we're open, come on out!

Our strawberry crop is not organic. Our crop is grown conventionally.

We do not allow outside food or drinks in the fields. There are no picnic tables at our field site, but we welcome you across the street when you are finished up to cool off with homemade ice cream on our shaded patio!

Please remember that you are coming to a farm. It's an open field with no shade. Sunscreen and boots are never a bad idea! Water is not available for drinking and we suggest bringing a water bottle with you. A portable toilet and handwashing sink is there on-site for your convenience.
